Welcome to my Kitchen!

One of the ways I'm hospitable to guests and show my love for my husband is through my cooking. A part of me being a keeper of my home is to make certain there is food in my home. I like to have a variety of food and snacks readily available for my husband and any guests that may stop over. 


For those who know me, know that I thoroughly enjoy cooking! I want to invite you into my kitchen by sharing some of my favorite recipes! Whether you are a chef or a light cook, each recipe is easy to follow and doesn't require a lengthy list of ingredients. Most importantly, these recipes don't take forever! They are perfect for the working woman/mom, the entrepreneur, the woman with limited time, etc.

Vegan Pasta Salad

15 minutes

Feeds Four

Ingredients: 2 boxes of organic pasta, 2 - 12 ounce bottles of organic Italian dressing, 2 cups of organic cherry tomatoes, 4 cups of organic spinach, 2 cups of chopped organic cucumbers, 1 large sweet onion, 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning, 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil.

Clean your spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly. Chop your sweet onion and caramalize in extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the spinach to the onions and cook for three minutes. Next, cook the pasta per the instructions on the packaging. When done, rinse the pasta under cold water and add the Italian dressing, chopped cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, onions, spinach and Italian seasoning. Mix well and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Feeds Four

Ingredients: 4 Cups of Organic Strawberries, 2 Cups of Organic Blueberries, 2 tablespoons of Organic Clover Honey, Juice from 1/2 of an Organic Lemon

Clean your fruit thoroughly. Chop your strawberries in half an place them in a bowl. Next, add the clover honey and lemon juice and mix until the strawberries are coated. Finally, add your blueberries and gently mix. Place your Refreshing Beauty Salad in the fridge for one hour to get nice and cool; and to allow the natural juices from the fruit to combine with the honey and lemon juice, creating a delicious sauce.

This anti-oxidant rich bless is a great way to detoxify your body and to refresh your skin from the inside out.

Zesty Cucumber Salad

30 Minutes

Feeds four.

Ingredients: 3 large organic cucumbers, 1 package of organic cherry tomatoes, 6-8 oz. of fresh mozzarella, 1 tsp. parsley, 1 tsp. sage, 1 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. sea salt, juice from 1/2 of a lemon, 4 tbs. italian dressing.


Clean your cucumbers and tomatoes. I prepare a cleansing bath consisting of warm water, ACV and lemon juice to clean my veggies. Chop your cucumbers to your preferred size, slice your tomatoes in half and slice your mozzarella into small chunks and set aside. In a bowl, combine your dressing, lemon juice and seasonings. Once blended, add your mozzarella  to the bowl and mix together. Allow the mozzarella blend to sit for 15 minutes. This allows the cheese to absorb the flavor from the oil blend. After 15 minutes, mix in the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers and enjoy!


TIP: The cucumbers and tomatoes will release water over time, so you don't want to add too much oil or other liquids to your initial blend.


Keeps well in the fridge for two days.
